Delivery & Pickup Options - 1149 reviews of The Standard Grill 'Excellent food, friendly service, solid value, and fun setting. They may up their prices once they settle in, but everything was very reasonable (twenty-three bucks for a steak in NYC!). We walked in at 8pm on a Sunday night (Gay Pride parade Sunday so the area was super-crowded).

Brunch is a springtime tradition. It has all the ingredients..a weekend day..sleeping in..breakfast and lunch food together..alcohol at breakfast and a laid-back vibe. We love to take our time in the morning and brunch is perfect for that mood.

Nick's on Broadway

500 Broadway, Providence

Ask anyone in Providence where to go for Sunday brunch and Nick's on Broadway will inevitably be one of the answers. The kitchen focuses on locally grown ingredients and puts together seasonally inspired plates. The eggs and poultry is hand-picked, exclusively from Baffoni Farm. Enjoy sides like house-made sausages with your classic eggs benedict – served over a house-baked biscuit, of course – or baked polenta from Rhode Island with corn and Vermont cheddar cheese with two eggs, pea greens, pumpkin seed pesto and parmesan cheese. Hungry yet? Be sure to get there early on the weekends; it's a popular spot.

XO Cafe

125 North Main Street, Providence

Sundays from 11:00am-2:30pm, Chef Marty Lyons at XO cooks up a fabulous brunch menu. Their special XO Benedict – braised short ribs, chive potato pancakes, chipotle hollandaise and home fries – is just one option. Pair your meal with a classic Bloody Mary or spice it up with a Bloody Maria – tequila and jalapeño cream cheese stuffed olives. Oh, if you come dressed in your PJs, enjoy a free mimosa or bloody!

Salted Slate

186 Wayland Ave., Providence

The Salted Slate is an 'agri-driven American restaurant with global influences.' They pride themselves on whole animal purchasing, supporting local farms and fishermen. Brunch is served from 9am-3pm. Their menu is unique, with options like the 'Chubby Duckling' (2 sunny side Pat's Pastured duck eggs, herbed confit duck leg and poutine) and Chicken and Waffles. Things not to miss: their artisan cheese plate, charcutarie selections, and their warm bag of doughnuts served only on the weekends.

Ocean House

1 Bluff Ave, Watch Hill

f you're looking for a classic and elegant Sunday brunch, look no further than the Ocean House in Watch Hill. Every Sunday at their Seasons restaurant they put on 'Sunday Champagne Jazz Brunch' – brunch is from 8AM-2:30PM, with jazz from 11:300AM-2:30PM. They have a make-your-own Bloody Mary bar, including an extensive list of mixers, spirits and garnishes. Sample menu options include Roast duck breast, Lobster risotto Cakes with poached eggs, a crepe bar and a raw bar. Dress code is resort casual.

Chapel Grille

3000 Chapel View Boulevard, Cranston

The Chapel Grille in Cranston knows a thing or two about a good brunch. Diners can choose between an 'a la carte' menu and a buffet. If ordering a la carte, expect to see entrees like the Filet and Egg – a petite filet of beef, poached egg, sautéed spinach, olive oil hollandaise, garlic bruschetta and home fries. The buffet includes a self-serve station of scrambled eggs and salads as well as chef-attended stations: intercontinental station, omelet station, carving station, and pasta station. For $9.99, enjoy bottomless sangrias, Bloody Marys or Mimosas from the drink bar.

El Rancho Grande

If you want a little spice in your brunch, check out El Rancho Grande for a Mexican twist. Start the morning off with Mexican hot chocolate or something a little harder like their margaritas (think passion fruit and guava) or some imported Mexican beer. Entrees include things like huevos rancheros and steak and eggs.

If you like eggs but are looking for something a little different, 84 Tavern on Canal is the brunch spot for you. Some of their omelet choices include Bacon Cheeseburger, Macaroni and Cheese, and the Watch Hill Omelet (crab, tomatoes, artichokes and swiss). They also have a good sized cocktail menu especially for brunch.

Stoneacre Pantry

515 Thames Street, Newport

Stoneacre Pantry opened in 2013 and gets its produce, fish and meat from local farms and fishermen, putting an emphasis on sustainability and the humane treatment of animals. The charcuterie and cheese selections are delightful and the main dish options – like truffle egg toast with wild mushrooms and arugula or Pork Belly sandwich with house mustard and pickled onions – are pretty great, too.

Eleven Forty Nine

1149 Division St, East Greenwich

The 1149 in East Greenwich serves brunch every Sunday from 10:00 to 2:00 pm, and features a live jazz guitarist. Their award winning buffet features a variety of soups and salads, plus smoked salmon, baked goods and breakfast pastries.

Breakfast favorites like thick cut French toast made with Portuguese sweet bread, Nimen Ranch breakfast sausage, Apple wood smoked bacon, roasted potato hash with fresh herbs and caramelized onions and handmade Belgium waffles are also served.

Eggs Benedict, a carving station, and an omelet station are also available.

Duck and Bunny

The Duck and Bunny refers to itself as a 'snuggery,' which is 'a cozy and comfortable place.' It certainly lives up to it's name. Brunch is served EVERY DAY from 10am-4pm and has a menu available which includes fruit, crepes, and interesting omelets. Our favorite is the New York System Hot Wiener Omelette, which includes hot wieners, meat sauce, cheddar cheese, celery salt & yellow mustard.

Also be sure to check out the Red Velvet Snuggery Cakes, which are topped with chocolate chips and cream cheese drizzle.

Aspire

311 Westminster St, Providence

Aspire Seasonal Kitchen, located in the Hotel Providence downtown, offers a classic selection of brunch foods, including Lobster Eggs Benedict, a Meat Lovers Fritatta, and Pumpkin Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast. Flatbread pizzas are also available as well as plenty of lunch choices like crabcakes and a poached pear salad.

Paragon

234 Thayer Street, Providence

The Paragon's brunch buffet offers a carving station with prime rib and ham, a made to order omelet station, a pasta station with homemade sauces, eggs benedict, and house made chicken cacciatore.

Traditional items like bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage and home fries are also available. Bloody Marys and mimosas are also available.

Crazy Burger

144 Boon St, Narragansett

Breakfast served until 4pm! Crazy Burger has an awesome 'Name Your Own Omelet' offering - where you can get an omelet made up of pretty much anything - and they have great vegan and wheat free options as well. Plus pancakes, waffles, and french toast, quesadillas, and crepes - including our favorite stuffed spinach crepes.

You can BYOB, or have a smoothie, or signature 'create your own flavor' combo, like apple-celery, pear-ginger-apple, or apple-kale-pineapple-cilantro.

Treehouse Tavern

1094 Centerville Road, Warwick

The Treehouse Tavern Sunday Brunch is available from 8am-2pm. Homemade corned beef hash is a favorite here, along with several egg benedict selections, including the amazing Belgian benedict, featuring chopped bacon in a Belgian waffle topped with two poached eggs and hollandaise served with rosemary potato.

The Hungry Monkey

The Hungry Monkey has some amazing breakfast specialties - the southern style biscuits and gravy are delicious.

Make sure to check out the Reuben Omelet, which is 3 eggs, corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and 1,000 Island served with home fries and toast. Another favorite is the 'Spicy Monkey,' which is a three-scrambled egg burrito with sausage, salsa and cheese with home fries.

A comfortable neighborhood feel, and the great price makes Good Times one to check out!

• Celestial Cafe, 562 South County Trail in Exeter offers a Mother's Day Brunch that boasts locally sourced menu items that will have you coming back for more 9:00am–2:00pm with seating on the half hour 'All You Can Eat Family Style'$28 per person,$9 per child, under 4 years eat free.
• The West Valley Inn, 4 Blossom St West Warwick,is offering a Mother's Day brunch from 10-3, adults $26.99, and children $12, and their buffet will feature a huge variety of delights, from Steamship Round, to fresh omelets, endless bacon, and, of course, their famous chicken soup, salads, and meatballs. • George's of Galilee, will be offering a Mother's Day brunch from 10-2, adults $29, children, $9.99. Reservations required at their website or 783-2306. With the bar's mixologists offering specialties like Strawberry Champagne and Passionfruit Mimosas, and the kitchen featuring Prime Rib and Apricot Bourbon Glazed Smoked Ham, alongside myriad other choices, Mom is sure to enjoy this meal, and, if the weather is fine, a walk on the beach after brunch will feel great.
• Atlantic Beach Club, 55 Purgatory Road, Middletown, offers a Sunday brunch from 10:30-2, featuring beautiful seaside atmosphere, omelets to order, baked ham, and chef's specialties. Open in a variety of forms since the ‘20s, and maintained in its present form by Peter and Harry Kyriakedes since '96, the Atlantic Beach Club brunch is one to savor.
• T's Restaurants, at 1059 Park Avenue, Cranston, 5600 Post Road, East Greenwich, and 91 Point Judith Road, Narragansett, offers brunch every Sunday from 9-3. T's has been a Rhode Island success story because they emphasize consistency of quality in both their food and service. Offering a wide array of classic and imaginative breakfast dishes, T's a;so has heart healthy choices throughout their menu.
• Faial, 970 Douglas Pike, Smithfield,231-1100, and 566 Putnam Pike, Greenville, 439-0360, offers a huge variety of great meals, with Portuguese cuisine and seafood as their specialties. They are open from 12-8 on Sundays, and their menu, featuring seafood towers, Pork and Clams Alentjana, Portuguese Soup, and dozens of other dishes, is sure to please. While not specifically a brunch, the restaurant is offering a Mother's Day 2 for 1 gift certificate special for Mother's Day. Details can be found at their website and Facebook page.

• Eleven Forty Nine, at 1149 Division Street, East Greenwich, 884-1149, offers a beloved brunch each Sunday from 10-2, at $26.95 adult, $13.25 child, featuring a carving station with teriyaki glazed prime rib and herb crusted pork roast, luncheon specialties like chicken marsala, eggs benedict, and a panoply of baked goods, breakfast foods, and desserts. Reservations recommended.

• The Clarke Cooke House, 1 Bannister's Wharf, Newport, offers a Sunday brunch with live piano music and classic bistro food. A la carte, at $15, and prix-fixe at $22, 11:30-3, proper dress and reservations required.
• Loie Fuller's, 1455 Westminster Street, Providence, 273-4375. If an elegant brunch in a uniquely beautiful and intimate space is what Mom requires, Loie's might fit the bill. Offering brunch Sunday from 10-2, with an extensive wine list, exquisite service, and French classics and creative specialties from the chef.
• The Capital Grille, 1 Union Station in Providence is offering a mouthwatering 3 course meal that will have you salivating. From Lobster Frittata to butter poached lobster tail…this menu will have mom feeling like royalty. Adults are $49.95 and kids are $15.00. Be sure to call ahead and book a reservation.
• Waterman Grille, 4 Richmond Square in Providence will be offering a delectable menu for $39.95 Adults and 2-12 $17.95. Kids under 2 are free. Enjoy the water views while you dine. • Ocean House in Watch Hill, is offering a Child and Mother's Day Tea on May 9th from 3-5 in the Club Room. There will be a guest appearance from Mary Poppins. On Sunday, you can enjoy a brunch that features crepe and frittata stations. Adults are $78.00 and kids are $35.00. Enjoy the views at this iconic venue.
• Wright's Farm, a Northern Rhody classic, at 84 Inman Rd, Harrisville, 769-2856, is a wonderful place for small or large family dinners. Their huge dining room is always filled with happy campers on Mother's Day, most of them eating the Family Style Baked Chicken, with fresh-baked rolls, salad topped with Wright's Farm house dressing, pasta with Wright's Farm trademark marinara sauce and signature home style French fries, at $12.75 adults, $7.25 children. They also offer a 12 ounce sirloin, at $22. The meal is served family style, with platters for the whole table. Coffee and delicious desserts round out the experience.
